Shrine of Sto. Niño to rise in Calapan City

The Memorandum of Agreement entered into between the Vicariate and NCRC calls for the donation by the latter of a 4,000-square meter lot within Neo Calapan to the Vicariate of Mindoro Oriental and the construction of the Shrine of Sto. Nino with 500 seating capacity and ample parking space for completion by 2019. The church will not only be a place of worship for the populace of the 100-hectare Neo Calapan commercial-residential complex but a major landmark and tourist destination
